This unique and luxurious, “niche” villa is located in Chaweng Noi, Thailand, on the East Coast of Koh Samui Island. The project is set on a hillside with an incredible view and very strong constraints: a broad and diverse stone formations, and lush vegetation.
The complexity between the structures and the stones was overcome by the designers. Each building is scattered in white squares that contrast wonderfully with the surrounding enormous circular black granite rocks.
Guests walk in through the reception area, which has a stunning view of the ocean. The path leads the guest to the main building, which houses the swimming pool in the heart of the area. The bedroom units, each with its own private terrace, are distributed around the main building.
The property is composed out of 11 bedrooms divided into 5 sections, a SPA, a Main Building with a spacious swimming pool, and a comprehensive living area. The property has 1,000 square meters interior space and was developed on a 2,500 square meter land and has been in use as a boutique resort.
This special and unique property equips its own 350 kVA automatic generator in case of power outages.
