Rates

• Minimum stay of 1 week, weekly rate dependent on month
• Monthly rate dependent on month
• Long-term rental of 6 months to 1 year: 35,000 THB/month (Prices subject to changes at any time)
• Security deposit: 1 month’s rental rate
• Electricity 7 THB/unit
• All Reservations to be paid with in 14 days to confirm booking
• A cancellation refund will only be available (Less 10% Admin fee) if the booking is cancelled in writing within 90 days prior to arrival. Within 45 days (50% refund)
• If the reservation is cancelled within 44 days of the arrival date, any refunds are at the sole discretion of Management
