Inside the Villa
– No shoes inside the house ( To keep floor clean and in good condition)
-No smoking indoors (smoking allows only in designated outdoor areas)
-Do not put toilet tissue in toilet (clogged up charge 1,500THB)
-Please keep doors and windows closed when the air-conditioning is running
-Turn off light, Fans, and AC when NOT in use to conserve energy
-Use coaster and placemats to protect furniture from stains and heat marks.
-Please do not move heavy furniture to avoid damage

Hot Tub
-No glassware near the hot tub (use provided plastic cups).
-Do not use oils in the tub

Cleaning & Maintenance
-Cleaning once a week with Linen change (extra clean 1,000THB)
-Report any damage or issues immediately so they can be fixed quickly
-Stains or significant damage may incure additional charges.
