Baan Chuddanip is located in a private hilltop estate in the peaceful area of Choeng Mon. It offers guests a stunning fusion of East meets West, with all the space that a large travel group will ever need. Throughout the villa, you’ll find vibrant rooms and spaces, accented with truly unique pieces of art which we have procured on our travels and imported from around the world. There is an expansive living room, fully-equipped kitchen, a poolside bar and entertainment area, and a magnificent 20 metre infinity edge swimming pool with water slide! There are multiple outdoor terraces and lounges where you can enjoy the stunning sea views and natural surroundings.
The villa consists of 3 levels: lower pool level, middle terrace level and the upper entrance level. The lower pool level features bedrooms 1 to 3 and has an enormous sun deck with loungers. Under the covered terrace, the poolside bar is in the heart of the villa and the perfect place to enjoy a cocktail of your choice while listening to some surround sound music or watching TV. There are multiple seating and dining spaces here in which to relax and read a book or to enjoy your street food takeaway meal.
The middle level features a fully-equipped kitchen with breakfast bar and a formal dining area that seats 12-20 guests. The living area has a stereo system and comfortable sofas in which to laze around if it gets too hot outside. This level contains bedroom 6 at the rear of the villa. The upper entrance level features bedrooms 4 and 5, with two access stairways that lead to the rest of the villa.
Baan Chuddanip has live-in staff to take care of your every need. Our estate is gated and has 24 hour security. There is also a tennis court available for your use. We are a short walk from Choeng Mon beach, one of Samui’s most beautiful beaches, and the village which offers a wide selection of dining options, convenience stores, shopping and spas.

Children under 3 who are sharing a bed with their parents or use of baby cots are free of charge.
3 night minimum stay. 7 days minimum over Christmas or New Years or 10 days minimum stay for both.
Until recently, we built the electricity costs into the nightly rate. However, we found that air con units would be left on all day, even when the villa was unoccupied. As an eco-friendly approach, we have reduced the nightly rates and added this charge, allowing you to pay for only the electricity that you use. The meter is read on check in and check out and charged at 6 Baht per unit. Average daily consumption, based on 12 people sharing, would equate to less than 100 Baht per person per day.
A deposit of 30,000 THB via PayPal is required to confirm your booking. The balance is due 3 weeks prior to your arrival by wire transfer or we accept cash on arrival. We are unable to accept credit cards at this time.
Other things to note:
Wifi is free and available throughout the property.
Our rates also include once-daily guest room and common area cleaning. Bed linen is changed every firth day, unless otherwise required. Towels are changed as necessary. Rates do not include any excessive cleaning required upon departure (such as upholstery or rug shampooing, etc) or replacement of breakages. Fair wear and tear accepted.
We can provide full Concierge service for activities and tours, car and scooter rental, in-villa spa treatments, babysitting (extra charge), etc.
Airport transfers can be arranged at 500 Baht each way for a van that seats 9-14 people.
Staff gratuities are not included but are appreciated.
